hi... how is i say it doesn't need to in at safe mode..
you just let this fuc***** windows boot and at the screen to login, don't touch anything then press ctrl+alt+del ..

that will show a dialog box you just fill the user account with "Administrator" or "administrator" (sorry i forgotten, without "") and let the password blank and press enter..
Woy it login to Administrtator wow..super user..(if at start installation this is doesn't give password it will work)..
