here I will try to give an article that I hope it can help you all.
1. Click Start and click Run / by using the keyboard click Ctrl + R.
2. Type gpedit.msc
3. Then select the user configuration
4. Then click administrative templates
5. Click the system again and click Ctrl + Alt + del Options.
6. Then go to remove the option and change the task manager to be enabled and click Ok.
